While studying the existing approach that people have for dealing with the landlord experience and roommate, I got to know the pain points and what people are missing and how these issues can be resolved. The research process includes user interviews & user feedbacks as a very important factor but to expedite the process I managed to do my desk research and for competitor analysis gone through different websites and mobile apps to understand the user base.
The process includes research, empathy mapping, and competitor analysis for better usability. Wireframing and UI design ensure intuitive navigation and easy exploration of listings. A blue color palette and Poppins font are used to build trust and readability. The onboarding process personalizes the user experience through targeted questions. These elements together create a structured and user-friendly interface.
The development phase integrates onboarding, search filters, and secure user verification. Users can filter listings by location, budget, and lifestyle preferences for a refined search. A QR code-based payment system ensures secure and hassle-free transactions. Scheduling features allow users to meet landlords or roommates before making a decision. These functionalities work together to enhance trust and efficiency in finding shared accommodations.
The concept focuses on developing a platform that simplifies finding shared accommodations for bachelors. It addresses issues like fake listings, trust concerns, and limited search filters to ensure a seamless experience. By analyzing user pain points, the platform enhances accessibility and reliability. It bridges the gap between demand and availability through user insights and technology. This solution aims to make shared living more secure, efficient, and stress-free.
